A TASTE OF THOMSON IV RETURNS

Durban guitar maestro Barry Thomson will once again be performing his “one-man” show at the Heritage Theatre - and again, by popular demand. “This is the fourth year running that Barry has staged his “rock favourites” tribute show. It was sold out in April and the demand was so great that we had to stage a re-run” says producer Gary McKenzie. “We think that a short two-week season will give all those who missed the show another chance to catch it”.

In his unique disarming presentation style, Barry takes control for two hours, and together with aspiring featured artists he weaves a spell of rock guitar magic that his fans truly swoon over. Expect songs from Procal Harem, Mark Knopfler, Jethro Tull and The Eagles, Grand Funk Railroad, Deep Purple, Jimi Hendrix, John Mayer, Stevie Ray Vaughn and more.

A Taste of Thomson IV runs from October 5 to 17 at the Heritage Theatre in Hillcrest. Bookings on 031 765 4197 or online at http://www.heritagetheatre.co.za/
