SAICA AND STANDARD BANK TO LAUNCH PIONEERING PROGRAMME

The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Standard Bank are thrilled to launch a pioneering programme to support and help students from disadvantaged backgrounds succeed.

Building on the success of the recent launches at the University of Venda in April and the Walter Sisulu University in June, the last and final launch will take place in the Zulu Kingdom. Through this partnership, Standard Bank will fund fourth-year accounting students at the University of Zululand, providing them with the support that they need to pursue their dreams and achieve success in the accounting profession.

This landmark partnership is the first-of-its-kind collaboration which will build the next generation of difference makers in accounting and serve as a catalyst for change to invest in education and societal well-being.
