Mamelodi born Legend, singer-songwriter and Poet-activist Vusi Mahlasela is set to share with us Songs of Truth, Emancipation and Enchanting African Rhythms.
With Guitar as his companion, Honoury Dr Mahlasela will evoke all past and present South African grooves and stories all to remind us of who we are as a Nation. Having performed at the late President Nelson Mandela's Inauguration and received a Lifetime Achievement at the SAMA Awards, Vusi Mahlasela is certainly a South African gem and he seeks to offer his gift and talent to you on October 31 at the UKZN Centre for Jazz and Popular Music.
