JINNY HEATH’S TUESDAY GROUP

Midlands Arts and Crafts Society in Pietermaritzburg hosts two exhibitions.

In the Macs Café Gallery during November, the exhibition features the work of members of Jinny Heath’s Tuesday Group, established in February 2007 by Heath as a class in the methods and materials of painting for experienced painters.

The group includes such artists as Penny Waller, Michelle Rall, Gill Gerhardt and Corinna Lemmer and their work ranges from brilliant watercolours and atmospheric oils to experiments in abstraction.

In the 3D Gallery, Treasures & Trifles continues to be on exhibition and for sale. MAC is situated in Alexandra Road, Pietermaritzburg. More information on 033 386 6500.
