KZN BOOK FAIR

Well known authors and award winning documentary at KZN Book Fair on November 15.

Famous journalist and author of over 30 books, Al J Venter, will be a guest speaker at the KZN Book Fair at Westville Boys’ High School, on November 15. He will talk about his book How South Africa Built Six Atomic Bombs.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the SABC documentary, which 50/50 called ‘the best documentary in 25 years’. The book on which it is based, Manna in the Desert by Alfred de Jager Jackson, will also be available.

John Dutton is going to talk about his book and answer questions on Hypnotherapy and the Power of the Mind. Many other authors will be at the Fair with their books on display – covering all genres from children’s stories to philosophy to romance and adventure.

The Book Fair is an innovative venture designed to promote South African writers, and on top of the books that will be for sale, there are plenty of other activities for readers, writers and anyone interested in the world of publishing.

For children there is a colouring-in competition – the winner will get one of Antony Moller’s books about The Super-Dog Gang. Writing workshops will be conducted and anyone who wants information about how to get published ought to visit the KZN Book Fair.
