As part of his graduation, Shibase will be showcasing his works at the DUT Art Gallery in an exhibition titled Hybrid Culture – Durban II.
This exhibition will be a new presentation consisting of old and new work, accompanied by a site-specific drawing installation. Broadening the concept of urban cultural hybridity, the installation explores these notions tying together the traditional and contemporary way of presenting artwork.
