CLASSICFEEL dances into 2010 in high fashion.
Following hot on the heels of CLASSICFEEL’s recent PICA Award win for Best Cover, the February issue has hit the shelves. This starts the year off with yet another striking cover and with content focused on dance and fashion design.
The cover story provides a detailed overview of the upcoming 2010 FNB Dance Umbrella, taking place between February 27 and March 14, which will feature the talents of Boyzie Cekwana and Nelisiwe Xaba, and other representatives of South Africa’s impeccable dance tradition.
“One thing that makes this issue particularly special is that it marks the first time we have done a dedicated feature on fashion design,” says Warren Holder, Sub-editor of ClassicFeel. “Taking a different view to that of fashion magazines, we focus on fashion design as an art form. In an exclusive interview with CLASSICFEEL, David Tlale, one of South Africa’s most in-demand young designers, talks about his breathtaking new creations and muses on culture, catwalks and the art of design. Of course, this issue contains many more fascinating and topical stories on music, visual art, theatre, cinema, dance and lifestyle.”
The February issue of CLASSICFEEL – South Africa’s unrivalled No. 1 magazine in the sphere of music, arts, culture and lifestyle – is available now at CNA, Exclusive Books, Spar, Wordsworth and selected music stores.
