Luna Lounge’s first official performance of 2010.
Local live music prodigy Luna Lounge stages its first performance of the year on June 11 at a picturesque new venue in the hills of Drummond and invites anyone who likes music and football to join them for big screen soccer and live music together.
Luna Lounge will host famous Durban band Celtis, playing a variety of Irish dance tunes, where they will also be joined by two of their musical friends, acoustic guitarist Arlyn from Gauteng as well as another local muso Miles Sievwright.
Situated near the Peacevale off-ramp just off the N3 is a little village known as Rebel’s Rock. To those who inhabit the sanctuary, it is a place where under-privileged can find a home, a job and some hope. To the open public, it is a village incorporating a bar, restaurant, nursery and other shops that support its cause and give work to its people.
The performance takes place at 18hoo on June 11 at Rebel’s Rock, Sterkspruit Road, Peacevale/Drummond. Tickets R70 booked through Debbie on 072 280 1949.
