WALKABOUT MAGICIANS NEEDED

Women in Action to produce a multi-media production

Women in Action (WIA) together with the Early Morning Market Committee will be producing a multi-media production using movement, music, oral history, slide/film, to capture the 100year history of the market. They are looking for eight actors (four male/four female) to take part in two scenes: (1) Elite white women looking down upon the conditions in the street market and (2) White Councillors in the boardroom debating the removal of the traders.

Potential actors should note that these scenes could be rehearsed independently and then merged into the production. This has been done due to time constraints that actors may find themselves in, due to their own personal commitments.
