The Royal Academy of Dance will hold a Barn Dance in support of the Adeline Genee Awards which the Academy is to host in Cape Town in 2011. “Please support the RAD in this initiative. Every bit of help will be appreciated for our dancers,” say the organisers.
The activities involve learning to Line Dance and Diski as well as Lucky Draws. Dress is “Cowboy”. All ages are welcome and the entry fee is R60. Refreshments will be on sale and there will be a cash bar offering wine, beer and soft drinks.
The Barn Dance will be held on November 27 at 18h30 at the Randall Scout Hall on the corner of Linden and Milner Roads, Berea (behind Cowey Park Centre). Bookings on 031 201 9312 or email: rad-durban@iafrica.com
