Growth 2010 – the Grass Roots Orchestra World Cup 2010 - will perform at 11h00 on December 5 at the Durban Children's Home,
The orchestra is made up of youngsters from six Children's Homes where instrumental lessons have been given under the aegis of Baroque 2000 for the past few years. The project gives young people from disadvantaged communities the chance to learn to play a string, woodwind or brass instrument.
