ST CLEMENTS

Clowns without Borders and Angelo and the Magical Top Hat for Musgrave venue.

Coming up in the Mondays at Seven programme on March 21 is Clowns Without Borders. Jamie McLaren Lachman, aka Jabulani Nene Mshengu, aka Banjo Max, is the founder and director of Clowns Without Borders South Africa. He is an actor, clown, storyteller, musician, songwriter, director, facilitator, and poet. Always looking for laughter in the life’s simplicity, Jamie strives to live each day fully with compassion and amazement.

The programme on March 28 features Angelo and the Magical Top Hat. Scapino has a nick-nock name. He is also called “the Chameleon”. Scapino has a magical box which contains many strange and wonderful people! Pieter Scholtz and Philippa Savage introduce audiences to some of them.

St Clements is situated at 191 Musgrave Road on the right-hand side a short way down after the St Thomas Road intersection. Mondays at Seven run between 19h00 and 20h00. Booking is advised on 031 202 2511.
