AUDITION FOR IMAGINATION

Imagination Unlimited is an international entertainment company with a portfolio that includes working with international artists, television shows and concerts. The company is set to stage a magical production this August at iZulu Theatre, Sibaya Casino and Entertainment Kingdom.

Playing with the audience’s imagination, the production offers a first of its kind for theatre goers, adapting the theme of Bollywood as it’s never been done before, thus appealing to both Bollywood fans and those who are new to the world of Bollywood. The production will take audiences to a surreal world of make believe, toying with their emotions, tickling their funny bones and getting their feet tapping to electrical dance sequences by a choreographer from Bollywood (Mumbai).

Auditions will be held this month for actors and dancers of both sexes from all race groups and dance styles, preferably in the field of drama and performance and not younger than 18 years old.

Auditionees must come to the auditions in comfortable clothing suitable for dance auditions and they must prepare a three-minute acting skit and a three-minute dance piece (if auditioning for both acting and dance) or just a three-minute dance piece, any dance style or form (if auditioning only as a dancer). They must also bring a copy of their resume and a recent photograph.

Auditions will take place on June 25 from 15h00 to 20h00 in Room A1 in the Playhouse company’s admin block in Acutt Street.
