The King Zwelithini Stadium resounds to the powerful sound of brass, woodwinds and percussion as the Spirit of America Field Band presents the African premiere of its show Exploration, until September 9.
Spirit of America is a world championship winning precision marching band that has performed around the world and it presents Exploration as an anchor event of Celebrate Durban Halala eThekwini 2011.
The show features 100 performers, 225 costumes and 275 instruments and provides a musical and visual spectacle on a constantly changing set that spans the length of the soccer pitch.
