Are you a crafter, artist, designer, chef, organic farmer or motivated entrepreneur looking to sell your wares over the Summer season? The Wonder Market in Umhlanga is looking for talent that will fit with the profile of their exciting and trendy new venture. Emphasis will be placed on goods that are sustainable, original, stylish, creative, hand-made, environmentally friendly and local, along the following areas:

Unique art, original clothing; vintage collectables and specialized photography as well as one of a kind gifts. Also on offer will be customized furniture; homegrown and organic produce and food stalls with flair. Charismatic entertainment will include stilt walkers, fire throwers, magicians, musicians.

Only the best of the best products will be chosen, designed to offer the customers a retail experience like no other. Presentation will be outstanding, and there will be no Chinese imports allowed – importance will be placed on providing personalised seller-to-buyer interaction. Furthermore, variety is key, individuality is valued and there will not be multiple versions of the same goods.

Opening in a lush park opposite Gateway, with over 9,000 residents within 10 km of its location, the market is sure to be a shopping feast for the upscale residents of the surrounding suburbs – Mt Edgecombe, Durban North, La Lucia, Umdloti, Glen Ashley and more. Situated on one of the most prominent shopping routes this side of the equator, there couldn’t be a more practical and prosperous setting.
