TARYN EDGE

Noted BodyTalk practitioner and instructor Taryn Edge unveils a powerfully effective self-help facility for holistic healthy living.

Practised in 40 countries, with a growth rate of more than 100% a year, BodyTalk therapy assists in decreasing stress levels while enhancing relaxation, concentration, mood and energy levels. It has significant credibility within the medical profession - and nurses, doctors, psychologists and chiropractors are incorporating the system into their work with phenomenal success.

According to Durban BodyTalk practitioner and instructor, Taryn Edge, BodyTalk is not a luxury therapy in our current economic climate, but a health necessity. "Humans are responsible and take their motor vehicles in for tune-ups and servicing, to repair wear and tear, and prevent breakdowns and accidents. Our bodies are no different. As much as 80% of all illness is as a direct result of stress," says Edge.

"Discover a fast and effective healthcare system that gently stimulates the body's inborn ability to balance and repair itself, so that it can operate as nature intended; helping restore good mental, emotional & physical health, without the side effects of medication. A typical day in the clinic is oftentimes miraculous," Edge continues.

Taryn Edge will give an introductory talk on BodyTalk on February 18 between 10h30 and 12h00, at La Lucia Library (R50).

She will also share the platform with the internationally acclaimed transformational speaker, teacher and holistic life coach, Mark Abadi, at his public talk on March 21, between 09h30 to 12h30 at Mount Edgecombe Country Club (R120), during his forthcoming South African tour.
