Making their third visit to the popular Mondays @ St Clements programme on December 3 will be Tanga Pasi. This group of musicians from the Kalanga-speaking western corner of Zimbabwe have entranced their audiences in Durban with their unique fusion of reggae, afro-jazz, folk, rock, Kalanga rhythms and traditional Ndebele harmonies.

With a contemporary yet culturally-grounded feel, Tanga Pasi fuse styles, rhythms and instruments. They have written over 60 original songs and on their last visit, launched their debut album, Starting from Scratch.

St Clements is situated at 191 Musgrave Road. Mondays at Six run between 18h00 and 19h00. Booking is advised on 031 202 2511. There is no cover charge but there is a donations box to support presenters.
