DEATH OF MICHAEL DUNLEAVY

Actor, director and playwright Michael (Mike) Dunleavy passed away peacefully on February 19 after a short and relatively pain-free battle with cancer. He had been hospitalised from Christmas Eve up until his death.

Dunleavy was well-known for his appearances in stage and radio dramas and was a stalwart member of the Kloof Amateur Dramatic Society.

His funeral service will take place at the Hillcrest Catholic Church on Tuesday, February 26 at 11h00.
