Rising
Star Academy and award-winning theatre practitioner, Bev Cooke-Tonnesen,
presents Gift of the GAB; a powerful self-development programme that uses stage
performance skills to develop life skills in a truly dramatic way.
Participants
who attend the workshops will learn how to build
confidence and self-esteem to make a great impression, let go of old patterns
that inhibit creativity, awaken and express creativity and improve presentation
skills. They will discover creative problem-solving strategies and techniques, develop
quick-thinking & active listening skills, apply correct relaxation, breathing
and speech techniques and actively pursue self-discovery and personal
development whilst having fun.
