GIFT OF THE GAB

The Rising Star Performing Arts Academy presents improvisation classes for adults.

Open to individuals, companies, book clubs, golf clubs, friends, friends of friends, basically anyone and everyone who wants to have fun, take ownership of their life and try something new!

Rising Star Academy and award-winning theatre practitioner, Bev Cooke-Tonnesen, presents Gift of the GAB; a powerful self-development programme that uses stage performance skills to develop life skills in a truly dramatic way.

Participants who attend the workshops will learn how to build confidence and self-esteem to make a great impression, let go of old patterns that inhibit creativity, awaken and express creativity and improve presentation skills. They will discover creative problem-solving strategies and techniques, develop quick-thinking & active listening skills, apply correct relaxation, breathing and speech techniques and actively pursue self-discovery and personal development whilst having fun.
