EASTER ESCAPADES

Following the success of the last two holidays Rhumbelow Theatre presents Adi Paxton (aka Cherry the Magical Clown) and Zinkle Mthembu in an Easter Double Bill for a little more fun and some sing-a longs

The first show is Rowena Rabbit's Quest, a puppet story adventure. Rowena is a curious young rabbit who wants all the answers to all the questions. Join her as she tries to find out: Why Rabbits? Why Eggs? … and What is Easter, after all?

This will be followed by Face Painting and colouring in the pictures in Cherry's Magic Colouring-in book (youngsters get to take this home).

The programme ends with Cherry's Magical Fun Show. Cherry is a ditsy clown who needs the audience to help her muddle through her show. Interactive and playful with magic, juggling and an Abraca zebra, too! This is a show for all ages to enjoy. Popular children's performer Adi Paxton entertains audiences of all ages at festivals schools and events as a magicienne, puppeteer and storyteller.

Suitable for ages from four to 104, the shows are 30 minutes each with a half-hour break between with face painting and colouring-in Cherry's Magic Book. Snacks and juices are on sale. Tickets are limited so don't delay. Best Easter Bonnet wins a prize each day - so wear yours, too. The fun ends at noon each day.

Easter Escapades runs at Rhumbelow Theatre from April 2 to 5 daily at 10h00. Tickets R50 booked through Roland on 031 205 7602 (h) or 082 499 8636 or email roland@stansell.za.net Tickets also available at Computicket. More information on www.rhumbelow.za.net
