Thabiso Radebe's renowned production High Heels with Balls by is to be staged again at the DUT Courtyard
Theatre as an awareness for Human Rights.
High Heels with Balls
carries a strong message about acceptance, tolerance and human rights. All in
all, the play reminds us of the need to understand one another, regardless of race,
culture or sexuality.
Asiphe, a young gay man, shares his experience of living in
a society which degrades homosexuals. He tells his sad story through poetry and
dance. A show not to be missed this Human Rights Day!
High Heels with Balls
will have one performance at the Courtyard Theatre (DUT Drama Department) on
March 21 (Human Rights Day) at 18h00. Entrance is free.
