The free lunch hour concert from the
University of KwaZulu-Natal on March 13 features Izingwili Zomdabu – Embracing African Unity. The programme is
described as “Exploring the circle of life through our rich cultural diversity
expressed through vibrant African music and dance.”
Third year students from the African Music
and Dance programme will perform a selection of traditional African pieces. The
programme features Thabile Buthelezi, Zandile Blose, Slindile Khumalo and
Malibongwe Langa.
The concert takes place on March 13 from 12h15
to 13h00 in Howard College Theatre. Entrance is free. More information from Babalwa
