Coming up next in the UKZN School of Arts:
MUSIC DISCIPLINE’s free lunch-hour programme is Amazwi Amyoli who will perform
today (April 22) on the UKZN Howard College campus.
Amazwi Amyoli is a group of four singers all
of whom are alumni of the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) and they refer to
their music as Afro-classical. The group was formed in February 2009 and they
perform a variety of African pieces together with jazz, pop and classical
music.
The concert takes place from 12h15 to 13h00
in Howard College Theatre. Entrance is free. More information from Babalwa
