eatery (Patels) best known for its appetising vegetarian bunnies at yesteryear’s
prices.
This becomes the backdrop for a delightful conversation which threads
its way from the arcades of Durban City, the inner story of Grey Street and
surrounding areas and, of course, the famous, infamous and flamboyant
personalities of the time.
Played by playwright, filmmaker and
comedian Vivian Moodley and stage personality Bassy Bhola, the two storytellers
bring to life historical developments that pertain to the Indian diaspora and
celebrate many unsung heroes of the past.
