As August is women's month, Artisan Gallery
is celebrating the beauty of women in art with works created by women and of
women as the subject matter.
On exhibition is high calibre work by
acclaimed Cape artists Ryno Swart and Hilary Iwanski. These figure paintings
show off exquisite technique and colour, as well as a captivating quality that
draws the viewer in.
Also on display are new ceramics by Sandy
Godwin, John Shirley, Carol Hayward Fell and Thembi Nala.
