After being betrayed and nearly killed on a
mission in Tangier, private security operative Samantha Hunter manages to
recover. Determined to find out who set her up and which one of her colleagues
are responsible for double-crossing her, Sam returns to London to resume work
for her employer, Byzantium.
Sam is given a new assignment- pose as a
tutor for the grandson of a criminal multi-millionaire, Jack Turner. But as she
navigates her new mission, Sam finds herself trapped in a web of suspense and
paranoia while trying to discover who wants her dead.
