Gagasi FM will host a Makoya Sundaes party on Sunday (November
10) at the Eyadini Lounge situated at 3 Peace Street in Umlazi A section,
Durban.
The event will feature some of the best in South
African House Music, including a live performance from headlining act and Sama
Award Winning Durban Kwaito Sensation “Big Nuz” who will be returning to Umlazi
where his success began.
Other acts to look forward to include some of the
heavyweights in South Africa’s Hip Hop Music such as Durban group Dream Team
who have enjoyed success with their hit track, Tsekede, as well as Gagasi FM personalities DJ Vumar, DJ Lab &
Mzokoloko alongside DJ Junior Da Rocka, Tea Bag, Sonic and DJ Mario.
This fun event is aimed at increasing local tourism
within the townships and bringing cultures together through music.
Gates open at 13h00 with Gagasi FM adding to the vibe
of the day by hosting live outside broadcasts featuring Vusi Letsoalo with his
show, Love Devine at 14h00 and DJ
Vumar with his show, afternoon sundowners,
at 18h00.
