CLASSICFEEL KICKSTARTS 2014 WITH AFRICAN FOCUS

Classicfeel magazine is welcoming in the New Year with a jam-packed February issue which has a strong African focus.

“In 2014, Classicfeel aims to broaden its outlook, featuring more articles on African news, events and people,” says the press material. “Look out for an informative article on Ghanaian artist El Anatsui (whose beautiful woven piece adorns the cover), as we kick-start our ‘African focus’.”

The February issue of Classicfeel features exclusive interviews with opera star Zanne Stapelberg; controversial filmmaker Jahmil XT Qubeka; artistic director of the Market Theatre, James Ngcobo; Gregory Maqoma of Vuyani Dance Theatre and Jacques van der Watt of Black Coffee; as well as Wits History of Art Lecturers Joni Brenner and Justine Wintjes.
