In celebrating the 12th Anniversary of the Cardinal’s Concert this year the programme offers an exploration of classical and spiritual music featuring soloists, duets, trios and classical ensembles as well as choirs, like Emmanuel Cathedral choir, Zimbabwe’s Heavenly Quartet, 40 male voices from St. Michaels, Zulu Pavarotti and Durban Tenors, among others

The music concert is branded as the Cardinal’s Concert and will take place on September 19 starting at 18h00 and ending at 20h00. This concert forms part of the fundraising project that the church has been conducting for the past five years worldwide towards the construction of the new Dennis Hurley Centre.

The organisers do not charge an entrance fee but there will be a collection box where all attended will be welcome to donate any sum of money to assist in finishing the construction of the Denis Hurley Centre.

The Cardinal’s Concert takes place in Emmanuel Cathedral on September 19 starting at 18h00 and ending at 20h00. There is safe parking available inside the church grounds free of charge. More information from the Music Director of Emmanuel Cathedral, Pinkie Mtshali, on 031 306 3595.
