(Barbie Meyer)
An evening of spontaneous comedy with “four semi-sane performers,
two ruthless judges, one ringleader and one unforgiving scoreboard.” The audience
decides what the show will be about and who will win the coveted WINE trophy.
That’s what’s on offer in Who’s WINE is it Anyway?, coming to Riverbend Crocodile Farm on the
KZN South Coast.
The show is directed by Barbie Meyer who also features with Howard
Kelly, Thia Hulme, Clare Gaze, Hugh Verreynne, Brian Blumrick and Jonathan
Brauteseth, Who’s WINE is it Anyway? has
been brought back by popular demand. This
is a ‘sport’ at its best – the team members are notorious for their comedic
skills and quick thinking wit.
The show runs on the players performing spontaneous scenes on
the spot. There is no script and the audience provides the topics on the night.
This wild tiger is kept in check by one ringleader who introduces the games and
two ruthless Judges who dish out points or punish players mercilessly when
necessary. Each player is a team on their own vying for the coveted prize – the
‘Wine’ trophy.
Who’s WINE is it
