(Carvin Goldstone)

Known as South Africa's funniest and cleanest comedian, Durban’s Carvin H Goldstone is currently touring Australia and New Zealand until August 8, visiting six cities across the two countries. He is presenting a mixture of his best three one-man shows including the most recent, Coloured President.

Goldstone’s hilarious family friendly comedy has won him audiences nationwide in South Africa. Traditionally a family comic, Coloured President.also enters political comedy arena with views on South African and world politics and, of course, what South Africa would be like if it had a Coloured President - but like all his shows, this will be clean no-swearing affair.

Describing what audiences can expect Goldstone says, "This is my most daring and colourful show. Lots of off the wall ideas, on point impersonations and some everyday characters in some not so everyday situations. With iBruino and No Swearing I introduced myself, my character and my skill set to the South African comedy audience. With Coloured President I’m going to stretch those comedy skills and ideas to their absolute limit. But I'm going to do it and still keep it clean and family friendly which is always the biggest challenge for comedians."

Goldstone will be seen at the end of August at the Festival in the Hills  Presented by the Hillcrest Christian Academy, the Festival takes place in Hillcrest on August 29. For more information contact 031 765 2752.
