Country Girls is the
lighthearted story of three naïve ‘American Honeys’ and their search for love
in the key of Country at the Rhumbelow Theatre in Umbilo over the next two
weekends.
The show features Samantha Landers, Mia Whitfield, and
Tammy Saville as Priscilla, Alice, and Caroline who journey through life and
song, as they fall in love, get their hearts broken, and discover who they
truly are.
Country Girls promises
to make you laugh, and remind you of your own ‘Love Story’ as each leading lady
creates her own happily-ever-after. The
show includes classic hits like Walking
in Memphis, Rhinestone Cowboy and Suspicious
Minds, to the popular The First Cut
Is The Deepest, Before He Cheats, and Man,
I Feel Like A Woman.
There will be shows from November 13 to 15 and again from
November 20 to 22 with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 20h00 and on
Sundays at 14h00. There will be an extra performance on the final day (November
22) at 18h30.
Venue opens 90 minutes before show for picnic dinner. Take along food
picnic baskets. Braais will be available. Tickets R120 (R100 pensioners and

There is limited
secure parking and booking is essential. A cash bar is available (no alcohol
may be brought on to the premises). Rhumbelow Durban is situated in Cunningham
Avenue off Bartle Road.
