Rainbow Restaurant, in association with Concerts SA, will
host their birthday celebrations this Sunday, December 20, with a cracking
double bill - The Brother Moves On and The Muffinz.
The Brother Moves On (TBMO) is about more than just music.
Actually, it’s much more of an art collective than a musical group. Or perhaps
it’s more of a living institution, where members stay for a shorter or longer
period of time, while TBMO “sucks the life out of them – in a good way”, to
quote guitarist Raytheon Moorvan.
It's been three years since the release of their 19-track
double album debut Have You Heard? and
The Muffinz, a five-piece guitar-inclined band dedicated to live performance
where all the guys do vocals, have release their second offering, Do What You Love. An accent in their
career was being billed to perform at the Apollo Theatre in New York in October
2014.
The concert will take place on December 20 – doors open at
13h00. The Rainbow Restaurant is situated at 23 Stanfield Lane, Pinetown. Tickets
