Concerts SA and The Westville Theatre Club will present the
launch of Nibs van der Spuy’s new album from March 31 to April 2.
“I am really excited to be launching my new album, Natalia, in my local neighbourhood of
Westville,” says van der Spuy. “The Westville Theatre Club also holds a special
place in my heart and a connection with my grandmother, May Martens. She
donated an upright piano to the theatre club a good 40 years ago. My friends,
Shawn and Dorothy O'Neill, who are instrumental in the club's monthly running have
put their hearts into uplifting the theatre into an amazing performance
platform with great lighting and sound.
“It’s going to be fun and I might very well have some
special guests who will join me over the three nights,” he adds. “Bring your
picnic baskets some good wine and lets celebrate together. I am really milking
my 50th year to the max.”
The Nibs van der Spuy Official album launch takes place from
March 31 to April 2 at the Westville Theatre Club, 6 St James Avenue (Westville
Pool). Doors open at 19h00 for show at 19h30. Bring picnic baskets and wine Tickets
