North Coast Artists hold inspiring and educational monthly
talks and art demonstrations, featuring well-known artists, both local and
international. All are welcome to come and enjoy the morning in a relaxed
atmosphere where they can interact with the artist and see them in action while
they demonstrate.
During the tea and coffee break, which is served with
snacks provided by members, there is a friendly in-house competition
of paintings and works of art submitted by members who choose to enter. There are lovers can see the exciting and diverse artworks on display. All members and
guests are asked to choose the winner by secret ballot.
These artworks will be showcased at North Coast Artists Art
Exhibition held at La Lucia Mall in Durban from March 25 to April 3 in the
@home passageway on the upper level.
“It is a great opportunity to see the array of emotive art
done by our members and to buy original artworks at affordable prices. Part of
the proceeds will be donated to The Animal Anti-Cruelty League,” says Gloria
Howard, North Coast Artists publicity convenor.
