USHAKA CELEBRATES HERITAGE MONTH

With Heritage month upon us, uShaka Marine World is aiming to truly embrace the variety of cultures that make up the South African heritage, so visitors to the park can expect only the best in fun and entertainment to suit all who are proud of this beautiful country.

This September, get in with the musical action and come to Durban’s favourite marine theme park where you will find an array of dancing entertainment, and amazing shows to keep you entertained all day long.

Every Saturday catch super talented local bands and artists at Wahooz on the promenade from 12 noon. So be sure to book your spot and enjoy:

September 23:- Afritude
September 25- The Meditators

Sundays in September continue to celebrate being soul’d out, and due to the demand, will remain showcasing local musicians who celebrate their own brand of soul.

September 17 - Bubbles returns to showcase her talent,
September 24 - Melvin Peters
September 30 - new band Morning Stars, an Afro-Jazz band hailing from West Africa

More entertainment can be found in Arena 3 with Etu performing South American jazz on September 17.

The Heritage weekend will see action throughout the park with Tswana, Indian, Isigekle and Shameni dance groups. September 24 will see uShaka’s four resident Zulu dance troupes embracing their heritage with some foot stomping and unique dance moves and super talent.
