Quartet of Peace invites guests to a free
afternoon concert with Alex and Max Baillie together with the KZN Philharmonic
Orchestra, and featuring young local talent from their Strings Masterclass.
This will take place at the Durban Music
School on March 18 from 16h00 to 17h30 and cocktails thereafter.
The programme is conducted by Arjan Tien
and includes favourites by Mozart, Brahms and Strauss, as well as the popular
South African musical item Jikele’ Maweni,
arranged by Naum Rousine and Bongani Tembe.
