discussion about creative art making at the Tatham Art Gallery in
Pietermaritzburg. The discussion is free and all are welcome, including
potential participants in Jaap’s workshops the following week on Creative Art
making.

Event 2 Three Day Workshop with Jaap Jacobs on Creative Art Making
Jaap Jacobs will be leading a workshop in which he wants students to
experience process-led art. It could take the form of dipping paper into ink,
rubbing on paper, or pressing crumpled paper into ink and then printing it onto
paper. The images on the paper will then be used to lead the students into
drawing or painting into it. This course
is suitable for anyone, young or old, who would like to think creatively about
art making.
Tuesday 2 to Thursday 4 July, 2019, from 09h30 to 12h30. Cost R450 for
