In July, Christopher Duigan plays a
thrilling selection, dramatic and brilliant, offering a review of his recent
performances at the Latimer Music Festival in the Chiltern Hills, England.
Included in Moonlight Sonata are several of his favourite compositions he loves
to play. The programme features Beethoven’s Sonata in C-sharp Minor Op 27 No 2 Moonlight’; Debussy’s Claire de Lune, Handel’s Chaconne in G,
and Chopin’s Ballade No 1 as well as music by Schubert and Liszt.
