HUMAN RIGHTS THROUGH SONG CONCERT POSTPONED

Raphael Vilakazi of the Sing Africa singers has submitted this announcement:

“All gatherings of more than 100 people will be prohibited. President Ramaphosa made this announcement as part of the country’s fight against the spread of Coronavirus, which has now infected at least 61 people in South Africa. Due to the rapid spread of the virus, we should all do the right thing and stay at home to the fullest extent possible.

As Sing Africa, we welcome the strong and clear steps that the President has outlined. We have therefore decided to postpone the planned Human Rights through Song Concert indefinitely.

The inconvenience caused by this postponement is very much regrettable. However, we do hope that music lovers and supporters of our genre will understand that this is beyond our control.

We advise patrons who wish to be refunded on the tickets they already purchased, to please contact Webtickets and Pick ‘N Pay and arrange for a refund. Tickets will remain valid when new concert dates are issued. Therefore, patrons and music lovers who do not wish to be refunded can still hold onto them. - Raphael Vilakazi
