Waiting in the Wings SA is the brain child of choreographer, director and producer Owen Lonzar and was established in an effort to assist destitute performers who have lost all sources of work/income due to the COVID19 pandemic.
On August 2 at 19h00, Waiting in the Wings SA and the Johannesburg Youth Orchestra bring you the online, live-stream fundraising concert Open Spaces featuring 26 top artists including Timothy Moloi, Vicky Sampson, Cito (of Wonderboom), Corlea, Harry Sideropoulos, Itu Sings (from The Voice), Ilse Klink (of Isidingo fame), Sterling EQ, Dantanio D Goodman (one the world’s top Michael Jackson impersonators), the Mzansi Youth Choir who will perform a range of hit songs with the full orchestra!
