The Playhouse Company presents the Nateshwar Dance Company in Bollywood Song and Dance, on November 19 and 20, 2021, in the Playhouse Drama, paying homage to the wonderful tradition of the Indian Cinema Industry.
This production will showcase the very cream of the Nateshwar Dance Company, under dance doyenne Smeetha Maharaj and will be anchored by popular radio presenter and Bollywood aficionado, Varshan Sookhun. The production is designed and directed by Rakesh Maharaj.
Bollywood Song and Dance, features 12 dancers in elaborate costumes performing some items live on-stage to the six-piece Tansen Nepaul Showband and vocalist, Umita Kalyan.
Bollywood Song and Dance takes place in the Playhouse Drama on November 19 and 20 at 18h00.
