SUNDAY SESSION – SHEILA DA BLUENOTE

The next Sunday Session at Rhumbelow Theatre on November 13, 2022, will feature Sheila Da Bluenote.

A singer, composer, actress, and dancer, she started her career in 1996 as a gospel singer. She worked with Lucky & friends and Clermont Merry Singers. Through the love and passion of arts in 2004, she moved to the Bat Centre in Durban where she was part of a programme called Artist in Action Residence Program.

She studied composition, ensemble, music theory, voice, and music business. She also learned under Jazz legend Theo Bophela, where she was advancing herself in music theory. She is now in studio recording her debut album. In 2008, she started her solo career under the name Sheila Da Blue

This concert celebrates her brand-new EP, Infinite Thoughts that was launched in October, 2022.

The show takes place on November 13 at 14h00. (Venue opens 90 minutes before show for snacks/drinks)

Tickets R100. (CASH VENUE FOR TICKETS). Food available at the Rhumbelow and there is a full bar (no alcohol may be brought on to the premises). There is limited secure parking.
