In the last
Hour SOLD is a contemporary dance theatre production from the KwaMashu School of
Dance Theatre investigating human creation, division and possible
reconciliation.
It discusses how the history was bent to fit a certain narrative and look at the oppressors’ tactic to keep the oppressed; oppressed with the divide and rule tactic.
Concept and choreography by Philile Njikija. Performers are Thandeka Maqebula, Anele Makanya, Mandisa Mngoma and Kwenza Senzo Nzama.
The production runs at Stable Theatre with performances as follows:
