Rainbow Connection is a vibrant and heartwarming play presented by Gordon Road Girls’ School that celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and the beauty of human connection. The production, which is coming to the Playhouse, brings together four cultures Indian, Black, White, and Coloured through the wisdom of grandparents passing down stories, myths, and legends to their grandchildren.
Told through a series of vignettes, the play weaves together
music, dance, movement, poetry, and enactment to highlight the richness of
heritage and the enduring power of storytelling. The rainbow serves as a
central motif, symbolising unity and the shared values that connect us all.
