Reddam House Umhlanga proudly presents the annual massed
orchestra showcase - the Side by Side Symphony - in the Robert and Robin Muir
Auditorium.
Russell Scott, Campus Director of Culture at Reddam, says: “This massed orchestra spectacular features the combined talents and skills of KZN’s top youth ensembles including the KZN Youth Wind Band and KZN Youth Orchestra and, of course, the professional KZN Philharmonic Orchestra - all playing alongside the Reddam House Umhlanga Prep and College orchestras and choirs.
“Music from Beethoven to Bernstein to Abba to Ed Sheeran,
all on a massive scale promises to be a feast for the senses!”
This year in a Barnyard-style supper theatre, this much-anticipated event brings together the best of what KZN Orchestral music has to offer!
Performance takes place on Saturday September 13 from 18h00 to 20h30.
