Westville Theatre Club is to present Women of Wisdom devised and directed by Shirley Emanuel from March 25.
In every year, every decade and every century there have been women who persevere with opposition, controversy and tragedy in order to follow their dreams. These women leave their mark on the world, their mark on our hearts and their mark on our lives.
Through music, song and dance we celebrate their dedication and strength, these are not just women but Women of Wisdom. Be guided through the years by a talented cast and clever use of song, dance and poignant reminiscences.
Women of Wisdom runs from March 25 to April 4 at 19h30 for 20h00 at the Westville Theatre Club in Attercliffe Road (next to the public swimming pool), Westville. There will be a matinee on March 28 at 14h00. Tickets R40 (R20 for the matinee).
