Heritage Theatre to hold cooking demonstrations

The Heritage Theatre in Hillcrest is to present a series of cooking demonstrations and the first chef demo will be held on September 9 and 10.

This two-hour package from executive chef Daniel Vieira includes full recipe layout of each dish presented on that day and each guest will receive a R100 Theatre voucher to watch any of the supper theatre shows at the Heritage. There will be coffee, tea and juice on arrival, with introduction of the demo for the day.

“We will be taking a trip through Tuscany, Venice and Rome. Following traditional dishes from Italy. You will be hand picked to help out and get involved with the chef. There will be hamper prizes of our products infused in the recipes and these will also be on sale. Just so you can spice things up in the kitchen at home. And yes - you will be tasting the food!” says executive Daniel Vieira.
