ROCK LEGENDS

Heritage Theatre in Hillcrest currently presenting tribute to world’s greatest rock bands.

Rock Legends, currently running at the Heritage Theatre in Hillcrest will undoubtedly appeal to all lovers of rock music.

Devised, produced and directed by Gary McKenzie, the show is a tribute to the world’s greatest rock bands and features 25 classic hits presented by a top band with “genuine, raw, in-your-face rock attitude”.

Musical direction is by Dawn Selby with Barry Thomson and Dave Birch (ex Squeal) on guitar, vocally supported by Shanthan Pillay. Mali Sewell is on drums and Lloyd de Gier on bass and on keyboards and

Expect to hear numbers from bands such as Pink Floyd, The Who, Cream, Queen, Deep Purple, Bad Company, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and Thin Lizzy, as well as songs from solo artists including Rod Stewart, Bryan Adams and David Bowie. With hits like Whole Lot of Love, White Room, The Boys Are Back In Town and Tie Your Mother Down, guests are guaranteed a night of hard rock and nostalgic rock ballads.
