Liezel and Bongani to host Soundcheck Live on M-Net!

It’s officially the start of the summer season and at M-Net that means hot new local shows! Multi-talented radio personalities Liezel van der Westhuizen of Jacaranda 94.2 and Bongani Nxumalo of 94.7 Highveld Stereo will join forces to host M-Net’s latest local offering, music request show Soundcheck Live.

The weekly show is an hour-long live music request show filled with banging tunes and fresh interactive elements. Soundcheck Live will give viewers the opportunity to request music videos from a selection of the best local and international songs, as well as some golden oldies.

The show will grant viewers access to some of their favourite musical icons by being able to engage with them live in studio. Each week there will be an acoustic performance by local bands and musicians, as well as interviews with guests in studio. Viewers will not only be able to call in with their own personal ‘shout-outs’ and dedications, but will also be able to send e-mails, SMSs and MMSs to Liezel and Bongani, live.

Soundcheck Live is produced by Blixem Productions and will be broadcast on M-Net every Wednesday between 17h00 and 18h00.
